We probably will hear this often – You need to have a controlled diet !

find yourself a dietician to educate you on what a carb is and protein, this will certainly help with reducing insulin intakes and having better controlled sugar level.

Your childs sugar levels will increase if they are not hydrated also sunburn causes increased sugar levels

Keep Drinking water ..

You dont get T1 Diabetes with eating sweets and chocolates

Always remember that you can also test your blood sugar on your toes , its much easier for the babies.

remember to wipe the surface area before checking as the child could have touched something sugary prior..
